Close-up comedy magic for work parties, weddings and private events. Cards, coins, borrowed rings and a flash of fire, inches from their eyes and often in their own hands.

Guests arrive, grab a drink and stand in the same small groups they came with. The conversation is polite. Everyone is waiting for the night to start.
That's when I walk over. A borrowed ring vanishes, a signed card turns up somewhere impossible, a burst of flame turns into a lollipop, and suddenly strangers are laughing together and pulling their friends over to see. Phones go down, people lean in, and someone always asks "how did he do that?"

Not sure which? Most people choose walkabout for the drinks reception. Tell me about your event and I'll suggest the right fit.
Walkabout · usually 2 hours
I move between your guests during the drinks reception, performing for small groups. It breaks the ice and gives everyone something to talk about.
Best for: drinks receptions, work parties, weddings
Between courses
At dinners I visit each table between courses, so every guest gets their own few minutes of magic, and nobody is left waiting for the food.
Best for: wedding breakfasts, gala dinners, restaurants
30 minutes · up to 200 guests
A tight, funny show for the whole room: rope, rings, cards, coins, a volunteer or two, and a knife through a jacket. No stage or mic needed.
Best for: after dinner, birthdays, family parties
For 15 years I've performed on the street in Covent Garden. Nobody buys a ticket, and anyone can walk away at any second. You win them in the first ten seconds, or you're talking to an empty pavement.
That's the training behind every booking. I read the room, keep it funny, and make sure the quiet guest at the back gets a moment too. I've performed at weddings, corporate events, private parties and festivals, and covered residency nights at London restaurants including Little Italy. I'm a member of The Magic Circle.

Never. Nobody is pulled in who doesn't want to be, and the joke is on me or the trick, never on a guest.
Walkabout is usually 2 hours, with a shorter 1-hour option. The comedy show is 30 minutes. I'm happy to build a mix around your timings.
For walkabout and table magic, none. For the show, just a clear spot where the room can see me. No stage, mic or power needed.
Yes. I adapt the act to every crowd, and the show even has a routine with a young volunteer.
